I have John Prime 1946 2020 thank you for the memories shirt so my first flight was a bit overwhelming. We are huge University of Ky fans and I was kidding him saying we had to get home to see our cats play. He was so sweet and made the flight so more enjoyable. He would announce we were on time for arrival, etc.. My husband flys with work and picks Southwest hands down as the best.
