Was there any test conducted in camps which revealed that some corps members are infected? If yes, then many corpers in camp would have If there was a problem Yo I’ll solve it Mom shirt . Sending them out to PPAs on that note will increase further the number of victims [to include teachers, students/pupils at PPAs, NYSC officials (who will do documentation), to corpers in previous batches/streams during CDS meetings, biometrics, etc]. If no, then why wasn’t a test carried out first across all the camps to ascertain if any corper is infected before making hasty decisions, relying on assumptions.
