From a visual standpoint, there is way too much bad CGI, way too many jump scares, and Just a girl who loves christmas and jeep shirt. It goes for Gore Verbinski but is a pale imitation. Considering I don’t even particularly like his style, I was extraordinarily unhappy with this. There are these really odd cutaway scares that don’t work at all and I’m not sure why the writers were going for Family Guy.
