Not nice when he spits at people or swings a stick at them and has the cops coming the Legends Live Forever T-shirt where he sits..he makes a mess that looks horrible the way I understand he had an apartment but he got evicted for not paying rent..it’s nice that he watches the cats but why does he make a mess with garbage all on the bike paths. He drags the bags and opens them and just throws the garbage all around. What goes thru his mind?
