That’s not necessarily true. My husband has pts and although it took a really big push to get him into it he started exercising. it then became really important to him because he could see the difference it made. Now he has made huge strides but that Covid-19 Don’t Fucking Touch Me shirt. He’s not cured (I’m not sure ever can be) but it has made a world of difference to him at least. The hardest part is making the first step and the decision to commit. Don’t discourage or belittle the power of exercise because for some it really could save their lives.
