I watched the series tonight called : African Americans: Many Rivers to Cross. It was very informative from the 7th Grade Teacher Tee – Beats Being A Mom Mother’s Day Shirt T-Shirt , and I learned a lot about the period from Reconstruction to the Civil Rights Marches with MLK. There was a lot of that JIm Crow history with the Southern Dems that I did not know. Democrats were always the party of slavery and Jim Crow. Under President Johnson, he pretended to care for Civil Rights but he said privately that he knew ‘they’ wouldn’t rest until something was done.
