Bionic Bigfoot and the Six Million Dollar Man T-Shirt

I always loved that advice because I feel like Bionic Bigfoot and the Six Million Dollar Man T-Shirt and brush their teeth once in a while (and a lot of days they can’t even do that) and it takes everything they have to get out of bed and go to work or school, and that’s all they can do, then telling them to just go exercise is ridiculous. It’s like telling someone starving to death to go exercise and they’ll feel better. There is no energy to exercise. Just breathing is all a person can do when they are severely, clinically depressed. Just making it through a day is it.
