Doubt Gettleman makes a huge run for Carolina Panthers care emoji face mask. Weddle’s play dropped heavily this past season, we already have 2 good FS (and while McDermott runs a 2 FS scheme, the two starters are too good to be depth at this point), and his asking price isn’t going to be Gettleman’s style. The biggest name FA he’s signed since joining the Panthers was Ted Ginn the second time. Coleman, Mitchell, Cotchery, Harper, Peanut, etc were considered camp bodies or washed up vets when first signed, so Weddle doesn’t really fit the way he’s has built the team.
