We order a pizza or have cold cuts or mini sandwiches and wraps. We might order catered mini sandwiches, cheese platter, antipasto and wine. beers, and soda for the grownups. We might do some kids games after one hour. A play parachute is good. Stickers and temporary tatoos. One-year-olds can’t do any of these activities, naturally. It is all for the older children to keep them from getting bored and cranky (they know how a party is supposed to go, after all.) And for the parents and friends and family to socialize.
