As juveniles they eat fish (which is likely why the first one was biting the net), but as they become adolescents (at about 9-12 feet long) they begin transitioning to eating marine mammals. Since they are on their own from birth, these young sharks have to learn for themselves what is and is not food trough experimentation. This is why most attacks on humans are perpetrated by sharks in this size range and (most likely) why they second one in the video is attacking the raft.
