A standard (not miniature)Dashund can weigh up to 35 lbs.Simple fact is ALL DOGS are capable of attacking & having pack mentality. It appears that these dogs were not very well cared for so I would imagine there wasn’t much attention paid to them let alone training. So once again it’s owner negligence.
