Baltimore teacher here. Everybody is at fault! Parents, politicians, administrators, school district, government. Notoriously everyone skims money from Baltimore City schools from principals to politicians. My classroom hasn’t had substantial heat for over 30 years! The radiator turbine was rusted off of the Black Lives Matter Black Child shirt. That didn’t happen this year, that’s takes at least 20-30 years of neglect.
