I think you are just throwing out a comment without having that ability to watch and know someone’s character. If you actually listened to him, it is obvious he is a man of great character, concerned, and tried very hard to do his job and was pushed back by the leadership. Where you say he did not do a good job. Again, you are just throwing that out there without knowledge or facts as to that. Your comment is your interpretation. And for me, you just simply lack that ability. For you to say you think he is lying. For me, that is all I need to know that you are not a good judge of character.
