Sadly, I always had these same symptoms, short of dying, WHEN I RECEIVED THE FLU SHOT! Now, don’t tell me it is impossible because I have the Dr Seuss i will love my Green Bay Packers here there everywhere shirt records to prove it. Started receiving it in the early nineties. Each year I became more ill but after a few days I was well. I, too, worked in the medical field. Eventually, around 2000 I refused and was threatened for my job. Received it, and within less than twenty-four hours I had a 104 temp, in the ER with drips and then the breathing difficulty. Five days in the hospital, treating asthma that I never had before, I was told to NEVER get the vaccine again. So I am tired of the “guilt game” that many try to pass on. People died from the flu even with the vaccine.
